Harry Cohen Tourniquet Clamp

Description: This relatively unknown instrument was primarily used to constrict bleeding from a wound by attaching the prongs to either side of the limb and clamping. In addition, though not as common, this tourniquet clamp was used to more prominently define the veins below the constriction during medical examinations.
